Hi all,

I've told you in emails before about the 300 sessions and how  
impressed I am with the program. I've talked a little about about the  
networking opportunities. In this email, I'm going to explain how  
Agile 2009 will make Agile Real for you.

If you are starting your agile journey, you not only have sessions at  
your level, you have access to people who've been practicing agile and  
can discuss how they overcame the same problems you are likely  
encountering. You have access to experts, who understand your issues  
and can suggest several alternatives.

If you've been practicing agile for a while, but are still not sure  
about some issues: how do we manage large programs? how do we do fixed  
price contracts? how do we hire? how do we integrate people into our  
teams?, talk to the experts. Those were just some of the questions I
