Hi all,
I've told you the serious news about Agile 2009, and now it's time for
a little fun. This message and the next one will have the fun reasons
about why you should participate in Agile 2009 (with apologies to
David Letterman):
10. You can’t get the gist 140 characters at a time! There are over
300 sessions, 329 speakers, Live Aid, Open Jam, and more!
9. Hang out over a beer with agilistas - some famous, some up-and-
comers. The lineup includes many names you know and some you might
want to know. The likes of Alistair Cockburn, Jim Highsmith, Mike
Cohn, Pollyanna Pixton, Diana Larsen, Ron Jeffries and others are
often sighted in the pubs. (You'll have to look for me where there is
wine, not beer.)
8. Dance! Muzik Masti has been extended this year!! Webcams won’t
quite do!
7. Tell your own war stories! Find people who have faced some of
the same stuff you are facing! Help others from the pitfalls you have
fallen into or avoided.
6. Programming with the Stars! Yes, pit your skills against the
very best, or those who think they are!
I'll send you the other 5 reasons later this week. In the meantime,
here are links:
